This practical session equips parents and carers with simple signing techniques they can start using straight away to improve communication, reduce frustration, encourage language development, and build confidence and interaction. Our online autism awareness training is designed for parents, carers, family members and anyone who has little or no previous knowledge of autism. Learn at your own pace, wherever and whenever it suits you, while developing the confidence to better understand and support autistic children.
This e-learning lasts between 60 and 90 minutes and combines expert knowledge with the lived experiences of parents who share their personal autism journeys, helping to bring the learning to life.
