Sus For a Cause
Autism Unlimited is thrilled to announce our first ever gaming fundraiser – Sus For a Cause!
Did you know 60% of neurodivergent people say that gaming makes them feel happy?
A recent study by Internet Matters shows gaming can boost communication, promote relaxation, and strengthen problem-solving skills.
On 24th October, we’re going LIVE with Among Us streamed from Portfield School Sixth Form’s brand new Esports Studio – all to raise funds to create more opportunities for gaming enrichment and esports education.
Join us for a night of mystery, mayhem, and fun – all for a great cause. Plus, we’ll be joined by some very special guests!
Get involved by watching our stream and don’t forget to donate to our Just Giving page to see what happens when we hit our fundraising milestones.
You can get involved by watching the stream on the 24th October via our Twitch channel. Our Corporate Partner The RiskSTOP Group, and others, are signed up to play. The team is mainly made up of Sixth Form students; we are not accepting any other team members so as not to take away from their streaming experience.
We are currently not accepting any other team members. However, if you’d like to set up your own gaming fundraiser and stream for Autism Unlimited please get in touch with fundraising@autism-unlimited.org.).
You can donate by visiting our Just Giving page linked here! When we hit milestones we will be celebrating by giving our streamers various challenges and tasks to complete to add to the fun.
We will be joined by some mystery guests who will be announced closer to the time of the stream. Keep your eyes on our socials for more information.
Tune in to our gaming fundraiser through our Twitch channel Autism Unlimited. A link to the event will be posted closer to the time.
Your generous donations will go towards creating more opportunities for gaming enrichment and esports education for the students, learners and people we support.
