Supporting neurodivergent students in your education setting is vital in helping them reach their full potential and build confidence.

With over 50 years of experience in operating a school and sixth form for children with a diagnosis of autism and an Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP), plus an award winning ‘Futures’ programme centered around the Preparation for Adulthood framework, Autism Unlimited’s trainers utilise their experiences and knowledge to highlight tools and strategies which benefit individuals and teams in education settings.

Our training will empower staff to strengthen their knowledge of neurodiversity and increase their understanding of different approaches to communication and adapting to sensory needs. Providing insights into how neurodivergent people see the world develops appreciation and inclusivity for all.

Our bespoke face-to-face workshops are a thorough way to develop understanding and gain a full learning experience. Sharing knowledge and opinions, discussing ideas, and developing strategies ensures all participates can make a positive change in making your education setting more neuroinclusive.

Interactive workshops (available for twilight sessions and inset training days) are for 18 – 20 participants and will be led by one of our experienced neurodivergent trainers.

These sessions provide a fantastic introductory overview of specific topics which aim to develop awareness and learn basic strategies and techniques to benefit individuals and your team. Our 60-90 minute e-learning courses provide an ideal way to learn at your own pace, whilst developing awareness of neurodiversity and autism. This interactive e-learning course focuses on autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, tourette syndrome, and the strengths neurodivergent people bring to the employment context.
