Greenways is a vibrant and nurturing residential home in the heart of West Moors, offering autistic adults a place where they can feel safe, valued and empowered to live life their way.

Set within a quiet residential area and surrounded by nature, Greenways combines a calm, homely environment with personalised support that adapts to each individual’s needs, preferences and aspirations. Here, people are encouraged to make choices, build routines that work for them, and develop the skills and confidence to shape their own futures.

Tailored Support, Real Relationships

Greenways is home to five autistic adults, each supported by a consistent and compassionate team who take time to listen, learn and build genuine, trusting relationships. Our approach is flexible, proactive, and always person-centred because we know that no two people are the same.

We work closely with each resident and their circle of support families, advocates, health professionals to develop care plans that reflect who they are and who they want to be. Whether someone communicates with words, visuals or behaviours, we adapt our support to suit their world.

With a focus on positive behaviour support, communication strategies and autism-specific training, our team provides high-quality, specialist care that places dignity, respect and individuality at its core.

A Home That Feels Like Yours

Greenways offers spacious bedrooms, cosy communal areas and a large, enclosed garden where residents can relax, play, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The home is filled with warmth, laughter and routine — where each person’s voice is heard and their choices respected.

Residents are supported to take part in daily life, from meal planning and cooking to maintaining their rooms and exploring interests — whether that’s art, music, nature walks or local community activities. Every day is shaped around the people who live here.

We also support residents to access wider opportunities outside the home, from volunteering and education to leisure and cultural experiences that bring joy and purpose.
