Supporting autistic people effectively starts with understanding that every individual is different. The right communication, support strategies and environment can make a significant difference to a person’s experience and wellbeing.

Our aim is to provide practitioners across health and social care, education and other professional settings with practical knowledge, techniques and strategies to better support autistic people. The training will help you develop a more confident, person-centred approach that recognises individual needs, communication styles, behaviours and sensory sensitivities.

Whether you are new to supporting autistic people or looking to build on your existing knowledge, this course provides practical learning that can be applied across a range of professional settings.
