What is this course about?
This practical 3-hour masterclass is designed to help HR professionals, recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, and business leaders move from awareness to confident, practical action in neurodiversity hiring. It focuses on real-world recruitment adjustments, inclusive hiring processes, accessible assessment design, interview practices, and creating recruitment experiences where neurodivergent candidates can thrive.
The course will be led by one of our specialist trainers.Becs has been working as an Inclusion Training Specialist with Autism Unlimited for three years. She brings a wealth of knowledge to building inclusive environments, as well as being an expert by experience, having been diagnosed as autistic in her early 30s. By combining her lived experience with research and practical strategies, Becs designs and delivers impactful learning on neuroinclusion in the workplace.

- Identify barriers within job descriptions, application processes, interviews, and selection methods
- Apply practical neuroinclusive strategies to attract, assess, and support neurodivergent candidates fairly

- Reflect on how to embed neuroinclusive practices across your organisation’s hiring strategy
Course Outcomes
By the end of the course, you will be able to understand what effective neuroinclusive recruitment looks like in practice, identify and remove common barriers in hiring processes, and apply simple, effective strategies that improve accessibility and fairness for neurodivergent candidates.
You’ll also learn how to adapt your recruitment, interview, and selection practices to different communication and thinking styles, and reflect on how to embed neuroinclusion more consistently across your organisation’s talent acquisition strategy.
