What is this course about?

The Neuroinclusion in Action: Becoming a Neuroinclusive Leader webinar is a practical 3-hour course designed to help managers, HR professionals, and senior teams understand neurodiversity in the workplace and move from awareness to action. It focuses on real-world adjustments, communication, and creating inclusive environments that support neurodivergent employees effectively.

The course will be led by one of our specialist trainers.

Becs has been working as an Inclusion Training Specialist with Autism Unlimited for three years. Prior to this, she had a career in mainstream education. She brings passion and a wealth of knowledge to building inclusive environments, as well as being an expert by experience, having been diagnosed as autistic in her early 30s.
