Case study: Adult Support - Residential

The problem

We strive to find the best way in which we can continue to provide the level of care and support that our residents need and deserve. We look to find ways in which they can be included and recognised in their local communities, for the people that they are and to pursue their own hobbies. With the current staffing crisis in social care this has become more and more difficult.

The Solution

We have put in place a programme of staff retention activities to maintain our staffing levels. These include regular staff satisfaction surveys, one to one communication plans and additional staff benefits.
