We pride ourselves that our training is different and we have 4 key reasons why you choose to book our training;
Bespoke
We work with your organisation to develop fun and impactful training solutions. We have learnt that creating effective training for your employees goes beyond the one-off training course and so we collaborate with you to create a more tailored programme to match your specific objectives. Our training programmes are created based on your workforce and what you know works for them. We can offer blended courses, e-learning, virtual and/or face-to-face workshops depending on your requirements.
Interactive
Our training is interactive and engaging. Evidence shows that learning techniques that are fun and engaging embeds the content quicker and information is recalled effectively. All our sessions are activity based rather than just 'presentation'.
All of our courses are adapted to benefit all learning styles as well as both Neurotypical and Neurodiverse learners. We prepare all learners in advance of attending the course by outlining the plans for the day, who the trainer will be and what they need to bring with them. We find this helps to make the learners feel settled and comfortable in their environment and takes away the element of surprise.
Accredited
We are proud that all our courses are accredited by the Continuing Professional Development scheme, meaning that the learning has reached its required standards and benchmarks. All the learning has been scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality. The CPD Certification Service provides recognised independent CPD accreditation
Co-produced
The content of our courses are co-designed using the skills and expertise of various professionals each with vast experience in their area of specialism; however it doesn’t stop there. What makes our training so unique is the involvement of our autistic people and their families at every stage of the training design. Listening and learning to how their experiences have shaped and changed their lives strongly influences our sessions. Our autism steering group, compiled of autistic individuals from diverse backgrounds, provide constant feedback and recommendations to ensure it is wholly representative of the autistic community.
