This is a confidential, safe space where we can share our experiences to a non-judgemental group of neurodivergent adults.
The meeting starts with some general sharing before we move on to the topic. We decide what the subject will be from week to week.
There is no pressure to speak or have your camera on before you are ready. You can take the time you need to feel comfortable.
Getting involved is really easy.

It runs every Wednesday evening from 7.30-8.30pm
